Graceful Homestay is in Trivandrim and is situated on a hilltop from where you can gaze across a carpet of coconut palms to the narrow blue line of the Arabian Sea. This Trivandrum homestay provides views of glorious sunsets and breathtaking night skies. Huge mahogany trees, gardens of flowers, fruits, and spices plus a variety of other interesting flora and fauna are the other features of this Trivandrum homestay.
From the Upper Double room, one can get a spectacular view of the valley below, a glimpse of the Arabian Sea on the horizon and glorious sunsets. Each of the rooms is located on a separate floor and has its own special features in terms of extra space (verandah/balcony) and provides not only privacy but also a clean and cozy atmosphere. Guests also have access to the other general parts of the premises and facilities (main veranda, living room, dining room, kitchen & grounds)
They have 4 rooms with the price starting from Rs.1430 for single occupancy per night to Rs.2750 for Double occupancy. Extra bed is charged at 20% of the room tariff. This is inclusive of complimentary breakfast. Taxes are extra.

Rooms Colonial bungalow
This Trivandrum homestay has four comfortably furnished bedrooms; 2 large and 2 medium. All rooms are with attached bathrooms, a common living room, dining room, and two fully functional kitchens that give you the feeling of a home away from home. The house can be utilized either as two independent units, each with its own entrance, or as a single, large holiday home for the entire family. At present the rooms are not air conditioned but other means of cooling like fans and air coolers are provided in all rooms. Other facilities available at Graceful Homestay includes transportation, internet, wifi, cable TV, laundry service & meals to order.

A complimentary continental breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 am which also includes a taste of the local cuisine. For lunch and dinner, guests are encouraged to try out the local eateries which cater to a variety of taste and pocket! Some of these restaurants also provide free home delivery. At Graceful a home-cooked meal (lunch or dinner) can be served but only on advance request by breakfast time for a non-vegetarian (chicken or fish) or a vegetarian meal.

Suggested Activity #3 Local sightseeing
For local sight-seeing and extensive shopping, one needs to go downtown about 5-6kms away from the homestay. This is easily accessible by local buses and tuk-tuks. The hosts have ‘on call’ a few reliable, English speaking tuk-tuk drivers which many of their guests have used and been happy with.
