The famous Dal lake is only a few minutes drive from the homestay. A shikara ride on Dal lake is a memorable experience.

Shankaracharya is a temple on top of a hill that provides breathtaking views of the city of Srinagar and the Dal lake especially. There are 250 steps to be climbed.
